Prikichi Kaweta
Avifaunae Aruban Prikichi, Brown-throated Parakeet, also known as the St. Thomas Conure. The Aruban Prikichi has been declared one of our national bird in 2019. The green vest represents the colors of the bird adorned with gold.
On top of the headcap sits a handmade Prikichi with Hot Pink feathers in the back to symbolize the rich pink color of the sunset in San Nicolas. There are lights at the headcap to put a spotlight on our nosy Parakeet.
